๐Ÿ“ƒ General Warranty Terms

  • Product must be purchased from PAK MAC or an authorized reseller.

  • Original Invoice (hard copy preferred) is required for any warranty claims.

  • Warranty doesnโ€™t cover:

    • Physical or liquid damage

    • Voltage/power surges

    • Self or unauthorized repairs

๐Ÿ’ก Devices submitted with damage will be photographed during inspection.


โณ Warranty Periods

  • Standard: 12 months

  • Out-of-warranty repairs: 90-day warranty on parts

  • AppleCare & Extended Plans: As per program

  • Refurbished units: Warranty may vary

  • Please backup your data before submitting your device.

  • PAK MAC is not responsible for data loss during service.

  • If needed, data backup support is available upon request.

Our Apple-trained technicians use genuine Apple parts and Apple diagnostic tools. All repairs are Apple-certified and backed by Apple itself.

  1. Bring in your device with the original invoice.

  2. Explain the issue to our service staff.

  3. Initial diagnostics will be conducted.

  4. You'll be informed about warranty eligibility or estimated cost.

  5. Repairs covered under Apple Warranty or AppleCare are free of charge if no damage is found.

๐Ÿ” For warranty claims, defective parts (KBB - Known Bad Board) must be returned to Apple.
