General Warranty Guidelines

• Devices must be purchased from PAK MAC or an Apple Authorized Reseller.

• An original purchase invoice is required for all warranty claims.

• Warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or power surge issues.

• Each device is photographed and documented during initial inspection for transparency.

Before submitting your Apple device, we recommend backing up all personal data.
While every effort is made to protect your information, PAK MAC is not responsible for any data loss during repair.

Upon request, our team can assist with:

Apple Certified Repair Process

1. Submit Your Device
   Bring your Apple product with the original invoice to our Islamabad service desk.

2. Comprehensive Diagnostics
   Our Apple-certified technicians perform full diagnostics using Apple’s diagnostic suite.

3. Service Evaluation & Approval
   We’ll share a transparent estimate or warranty confirmation before proceeding.

4. Authorized Repair Execution
   Repairs are carried out using genuine Apple parts in accordance with Apple’s service protocols.

5. Collection or Delivery
   Once completed, you’ll be notified for pickup, or delivery can be arranged within Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

For warranty-covered repairs, no charges apply unless physical or liquid damage is found.
