4. Orders & Payments

4.1. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
4.2. We require 100% advance payment for all deliveries across Pakistan.

4.4. For cash payments, you may pay upon pickup from our branches in Islamabad and Lahore.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver all over Pakistan via Leopards Courier or other trusted logistics partners.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.

  • Once shipped, we will share a tracking number for your order.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted without proof. Customers must record a video while unboxing/opening the product as evidence in case of any claim.

  • Advance payments or token money are non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned on the invoice.

  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Warranty & Repairs

  • Warranty terms vary based on the product and are mentioned on the invoice.

  • Warranty claims must be made through respective Service Center.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
