1. Cancellation After Online Payment (Before Delivery)
If you have completed payment online using a debit or credit card and later decide to cancel your order for any reason, a 10% deduction will be applied to your refund. This deduction covers payment gateway charges, bank fees, taxes, and other non-refundable transaction costs incurred during payment processing.
2. Return of Unopened Products
If you have received your order and wish to return a sealed, unused, and unopened product due to a change of mind, a 10% deduction will be applied to the refund amount.
3. Opened or Used Products
Products that have been opened, activated, used, damaged, or are not in their original saleable condition are not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind.

When Returns or Refunds Are Accepted
Pak Mac accepts returns or refunds only under the following valid circumstances:

Mandatory Video Proof Requirement
To maintain transparency and fairness for both the customer and Pak Mac, video proof is mandatory for all return, refund, or replacement requests.
The customer must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited video recorded during the unboxing process. The video must show:

The sealed, unopened parcel with the shipping label visible.

The complete unboxing process from start to finish.

The product received, clearly showing any defects, damages, or wrong items.
Claims submitted without valid video proof will not be processed under any circumstances.
Return and Refund Process
