1. Delivery Coverage – Nationwide Shipping Across Pakistan
Pak Mac delivers to all major cities and regions across Pakistan, including Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and beyond.
All shipments are handled through trusted courier partners, primarily Leopards Courier, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of your order.
Delivery Timelines:
Major cities & Other areas: 3–5 working days (depending on courier operations and product availability)
We aim to dispatch all paid orders promptly once payment confirmation is received.
2. Payment Terms for Delivery
To maintain security and avoid fraudulent transactions, Pak Mac does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for shipped orders.
All delivery orders require 100% advance payment, which can be made via:

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Please note that Pak Mac is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier logistics, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Receiving & Inspection Guidelines
When your parcel arrives, please:

Carefully inspect the outer packaging before signing the delivery slip.

Report any visible damage, tampering, or incorrect labeling immediately to the courier and notify Pak Mac within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility.
5. Returns, Refunds & Proof Requirements
Pak Mac accepts returns or refunds only in the following valid cases:

Incorrect item shipped

Product is DOA (Dead on Arrival)
To process a claim, customers must provide unboxing video proof showing:

The sealed parcel before opening

The entire unboxing process

The product received and its condition
Important:
Videos must be clear and unedited.
Claims without video evidence will not be processed.
Refunds (if approved) will only be issued once the returned product is received in its original packaging, with all accessories and the original proof of purchase.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days.
6. General Shipping Terms

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Misdelivery due to incorrect details will not be compensated.
