Today i visited PAK MAC lab located at I/8 beause of a serious issue in my MacbookAir. The staff is very professional and well-trained (Specially Mr.usman )the team is very cooperative and their work is satisfied.

went here with my first case back in december. right after i opened a brand new apple watch 8, it wouldn�t charge one bit. knowing we don�t have apple stores in pakistan, i started telling myself i�m never getting the money or the watch back.

went to different places in blue area but they all quoted exuberant amounts to exchange/fix. but then, i came across pak mac and met with Mr. Usman Javed, who was extremely kind and professional. since my watch was covered under warranty, he initiated the exchange process completely free of charge. within 3-4 weeks, apple had sent in a new watch, which works perfectly. so pak mac resolved my issue for free, whereas other sellers were telling me i�d have to spend 120k+.

glad to have gotten in touch with them. now they�re onto my second case, i.e. macbook having some issues, and they�re the only ones i could trust. hoping for this experience to be just as good.
